Modern Infusion

Glass, Steel and Concrete are the primary building components of this 8,000 square foot ultra modern residence. The solid rigidity of the structure relates well to the steep massive terrain in which it was designed for. The arrangement of rooms was accomplished by extensive site studies to locate the home in the midst of the 66 acres of natural forested land. The home balances the use of natural materials with a modern approach to design. Exposed concrete and steel exterior walls, concrete stained interior floors, stainless steel and glass railings, exposed mechanical ductwork are some of the elements incorporated into the design.
